This Shipping Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should, therefore, be read alongside them: TERMS OF SERVICE.

Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

What are my shipping and delivery options?

At NuovoScent, we provide free shipping on all orders of $150 or over $150. If your order is under $150, you must pay a flat cost of $14.49. While we strive to process orders promptly, shipping times are estimates. We ship using UPS and cannot deliver to Post Office boxes. After placing an order, we will follow up with additional shipping details.

Order Processing and Transit Times:

  • Order Processing: Our commitment is to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Transit Time: After your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days.

Please note that these are estimated times and can be subject to variations due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

 The actual arrival time of products = Processing Time + Transit Time

How can I track my order?

You can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details once you have placed an order through NuovoScent. The shipping details will be sent to the email address registered with your account or the email you used during checkout.

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

During the checkout process, after entering your billing address details, you can specify a different delivery address. We reserve the right to request additional information if the delivery address differs from the billing address.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Please get in touch with the shipper to obtain further status on your packages. Your shipper determines the priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen. If the shipper is holding your package, please reach out to them.

What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?

Please note that NuovoScent is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

What should I do if an item needs to be added to my order?

Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify that you have received all boxes and checked all packing materials for small items. If you still need an item(s), contact our customer service at NuovoScent.

What can I do if I cannot pick up the package?

If you are unavailable to accept your delivery, the carrier may, depending on the type of delivery service and carrier, leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt re-delivery. If you cannot receive the parcel during the carrier’s final attempt, it will be returned to its depot. You must then contact the carrier to arrange a collection; otherwise, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. In such a case, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated delivery time.
